At 1 Eastview, we hope every stay will be memorable and relaxing. Step into our homely cottage designed with comfort and warmth in mind. Enjoy a well equipped kitchen and open plan living area with delightful log burning stove. There is a smart TV and a small collection of games and puzzles for all to enjoy.
Dog friendly with large grounds
Surround yourself with nature in our large gardens. Perfect for sunny afternoons or simply unwinding in a peaceful setting. There is a small orchard, meadow, coppice and pond area. We have a large trampoline for kids and there is plenty of space for them to run around and explore. Please bare in mind that children and dogs must be supervised at all times.
Huge sandy beaches
Experience the stunning Lincolnshire coastline with splendid local beaches, amazing for their expanse and quietness. For a bit of seaside excitement, Mablethorpe with its arcades and ice-cream shops is a 15 minute drive. Skegness is further down the coast and is a 45 minute drive.
Donna Nook seal sanctuary is a delight for all.

Whether you're here for a family getaway, a romantic retreat, or a dog-friendly adventure, there is everything you need for a delightful stay!
1 Eastview is a short drive to Grimoldby for your shopping needs, where there is a well stocked Co-op supermarket. Just down the coast is Rimac Veg shed which sells excellent free range eggs, local honey and a good selection of fruit and veg.
